Miss Susannah Maione

Professional Counselor

I am a registered MBACP counsellor and founder of Root and Flow Counselling. I provide online and in-person counselling sessions for women (18+) and girls (13 to 17) in Southam, Leamington Spa and Fenny Compton. Rootandflowcounselling.com

About Me

I provide a calm, confidential space where women and girls can explore their feelings and find clarity. We’ll work together to understand life's challenges, helping you feel more grounded. My approach supports you to build inner strength and rediscover your natural rhythm. Whether online or in person, I tailor our sessions to your unique needs, helping you move forward with confidence.

Approach

From my base in Leamington Spa and through online sessions, I guide women and girls toward steady, practical change by combining gentle pacing with attention to how feelings live in the body. Sessions move between talking, simple grounding or movement practices, and short reflective tasks to try between appointments, so progress feels embodied rather than rushed. I listen closely and shape sessions week-to-week to what feels safe and manageable. This way of working tends to suit people wanting steady support for anxiety, trauma responses, mood and body concerns.
