About Me

I help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself as a unique individual. Together, we explore the roots of long-standing struggles. A psychoanalytic approach offers increasing freedom from issues that have felt unresolvable. Our focus is on deep personal insight, not medication. This creates a space for lasting shifts, ideal for anyone ready to truly discover themselves.

Approach

I guide therapy through steady curiosity and attentive listening, helping uncover the patterns that have shaped your lived experience. Sessions—in Tualatin, (close to I-5 and Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville and Sherwood) in English—create space to notice feelings and associations as they arise. We may attend to dreams, mood shifts, and relational repeats, bringing interpretation and time to let insight settle. Those who seek thoughtful, exploratory work often find this way of working clarifying and freeing.

Basic Information

Services

I have training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and am a Psychoanalyst. I also worked for years as a Psychiatrist so I can be a resource of knowledge about medication. I do not prescribe except in rare situations. I have worked with people to get off of medication and can share my knowledge and answer questions about its use.
