Susan

Ms Susan Reynolds, MA

Counseling Psychologist

My passion is to assist in the journey of life and to find meaning and transformation in pain and suffering, in person or online sessions.

About Me

I believe that even in challenging times, potential for growth exists. My passion is to guide you through life's complexities. We can work together to uncover meaning and transformation amidst pain. Whether we connect in person or online, I offer a compassionate space to explore your experiences. I support those seeking to navigate suffering and emerge with greater understanding and resilience.

Approach

I begin sessions with attentive listening and simple questions to map what feels most urgent. Together we set small, practical goals and track shifts from week to week. In-session I mirror patterns, offer reflections and gentle challenges; between meetings I may suggest brief experiments—noticing triggers, short writing prompts, or practicing new ways of relating. We review progress each session, adjust focus, and build on whatever is working. Change comes through repeated noticing, practice, and steady integration into daily life.
