About Me

With 21 years as a psychiatrist, I remain deeply passionate about my work. Clients describe me as real, honest, and caring, qualities I bring to every session. I aim to support you in a direct and compassionate way, creating a space where you feel truly heard. We can explore your concerns together, finding practical pathways towards greater clarity and well-being. My focus is on offering genuine, grounded guidance tailored to your needs. Also work with addiction.

Approach

Honest conversation guides how we work: I listen closely, explain what I see in plain English or Afrikaans, and offer clear, practical steps you can try between sessions. Sessions are collaborative, you set the priorities, and we try realistic adjustments together, which many adolescents, parents and adults find grounding and useful.
