About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Rosebank, Western Cape, South Africa. I support adults facing life transitions, anxiety, stress and burnout, chronic illness, and grief. I offer psychodynamic and individual therapy, relationship counseling, and practical stress-management in a confidential, direct style.

Approach

You can expect sessions that are collaborative and grounded, where practical strategies sit alongside deeper reflection on loss, transitions and the stresses of chronic illness. I work with adults and couples from Cape Town and remotely, offering care in English and Afrikaans via secure online meetings or in-person when needed. Sessions move at a steady, respectful pace: we clarify immediate coping steps, explore recurring patterns between meetings, and tailor short practices to try between sessions. This way of working suits people seeking clear, thoughtful support through change.
