My guiding philosophy is that healing occurs when we create space to listen deeply to our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies, our breath, and the wisdom found in nature. Through this integrated process, I believe we can develop greater awareness, resilience, and connection to ourselves and the world around us.

About Me

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the HPCSA, as well as a breathwork teacher and nature therapist. I offer psychotherapy to adults, helping them find meaning in their challenges and experiences while empowering them to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I provide therapy for individuals and couples, both in person and online.

Approach

I offer a holistic approach to wellbeing that brings together insight-oriented psychotherapy, somatic awareness, conscious breathwork, and nature-based healing practices. My work supports individuals and couples seeking emotional healing, personal growth, stress management, and a deeper connection with themselves. Drawing on different models of psychotherapy, I help clients explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and life experiences that may be influencing their wellbeing. Through breathwork and body awareness, I guide clients in connecting with their nervous system, emotions, and inner resources in a safe and grounded way to support this process. I also offer the option of working in natural environments, where clients can slow down, reconnect with their senses, gain perspective, and experience the calming and regulating effects of nature. Time spent in nature can support emotional processing, resilience, self-reflection, and a renewed sense of belonging. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and integrative, creating a space where mind, body, breath, and nature work together to support healing and transformation.
