Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

My aim through psychotherapy is to assist a person to improve their understanding of themselves and to live a meaningful and wholehearted life. I can work with you face to face at my practice, outside in nature (Nature Therapy) and online.

About Me

I offer psychotherapy to help you deepen your self-understanding and cultivate a more meaningful life. We can explore your experiences together, finding ways to live more fully. Sessions are available face-to-face at my practice, online, or uniquely, outdoors through Nature Therapy. This flexibility helps us find the setting where you can best reflect and grow. Clients seeking a thoughtful, adaptable space to foster self-awareness will find a good match here.

Approach

To help you live with greater clarity and wholehearted presence, I attend closely to how you sense and respond to difficulties, using gentle experiments and reflective practices that can shift daily patterns. Sessions take place in my Ballito consulting room, outdoors among the coast and dunes, or via secure online video in English, letting us choose the setting that supports your process. We mix mindfulness, short practical tasks between meetings, and plainspoken exploration to address anxiety, relationships, trauma and burnout. This approach suits adults and couples seeking steady, practical change.
