Mrs Susan Cohen

Psychotherapist

An experienced psychotherapist offering a safe , caring , empathic environment in which to explore your inner most feelings , and for you to facilitate change.

About Me

I offer a safe, caring space to explore your innermost feelings. Here, we can gently make sense of what's on your mind. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to help you understand your experiences. This supports you in finding new ways forward and creating lasting personal change. It is for anyone ready to look inwards with empathy.

Approach

Within that trusting setting I keep a steady, collaborative rhythm that balances gentle listening with clear, practical steps to help you notice patterns and try new ways of responding. Sessions are held in English, in my Netanya office or online, and we move at a pace that honours your comfort while keeping focus on what matters most to you. Between meetings I may suggest brief reflections or small experiments to strengthen self‑esteem and safety. This way of working often helps adults facing relationship strain, mood shifts or past abuse.
