I am available for both short term and long term treatment . I am paneled with Aetna, BCBS and Cigna . Out of network benefits available as well.
I focus on the specific needs of my client’s as “one size does not fit all”. The therapeutic relationship is prioritized to develop trust in a non judgmental space.
Treatment goals and psychoeducational formats are utilized as well as CBT,DBT and psychodynamic modalities .
