About Me

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can openly explore your concerns. My emotion-focused approach means each session looks at what really is happening to you, at your pace.

Approach

I guide sessions as a steady, collaborative exploration, setting small, practical goals we can reach together. Whether we meet in offline or online, I speak English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi so you can express yourself comfortably. Sessions are paced to your needs — trauma‑informed listening, emotion regulation tools, focused work on relationships, transitions or burnout, and brief tasks or reflections between meetings to reinforce learning. This way of working tends to help adolescents, adults and couples looking for grounded, personalised support.
