Dr Stevie Biffen

Chartered Psychologist

I believe in a person-centered approach to counselling, encouraging authenticity and personal growth. Everyone deserves to feel worthy and experience joy and contentment. I have multiple degrees including a PhD in Neuroscience and a BA (Hons) in Clinical Psychology. I am a Chartered Psychologist with the BPS and PSI.

About Me

I offer a warm, person-centred space for genuine exploration. We can work together to cultivate your authenticity, helping you embrace who you truly are. This approach is ideal if you seek to feel more worthy, find joy, or experience contentment. My aim is to support your unique journey towards personal growth and well-being.

Approach

Sessions unfold as a collaborative, gently curious process that helps you notice patterns and test small shifts in daily life. In Cape Town and online, in English, I keep work paced by your needs, blending focused conversation with short, practical experiments between meetings. For adolescents, couples or people managing attention and mood, I use structure alongside reflective space—brief check‑ins, goal-focused steps and curiosity about how change feels. Those looking for steadier self-understanding and more reliable well‑being often find this way of working helpful.
