About Me

In Tallaght and Rathfarnham, I offer a supportive space for those navigating life's challenges. I am a fully accredited Counseling psychotherapist, working with a range of issues. These include anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality, and sexual or gender identity. My aim is for you to feel truly heard and understood. Reduced rates are available for students and unemployed clients, ensuring support is accessible.

Approach

In clinic or online in Dublin, I concentrate on understanding how past patterns show up now and what you want to change. Sessions are conversational but gently exploratory, using psychodynamic reflection to notice repeated feelings, link them to present stresses and plan manageable steps between meetings. With adolescents and adults I attend closely to identity, safety and relationships, offering a steady, contained space after experiences of abuse, burnout or uncertainty around sexuality and gender. People who prefer thoughtful, paced work tend to find this approach helpful.
