“My name is Stephanie de Raay and I’m an HPCSA registered Counselling Psychologist working exclusively online and providing psychotherapeutic services to clients across South Africa. I provide online individual therapy to both adolescents (aged 12 and up) and adults, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support and work with the concerns with which clients present. The decision to begin therapy is often a daunting and anxiety-provoking process, as is finding a therapist that feels like the right fit.
