About Me

My approach honours you as the expert and hero in your own journey. I offer an empathic, non-judgemental space where we can deeply explore your unique story. Together, we gently uncover experiences and strengths, helping you understand your path. Sessions move at your pace, allowing you to navigate challenges and gain fresh perspectives. This is ideal for anyone ready to embrace their narrative and foster personal growth.

Approach

A collaborative and non-judgemental approach grounded in strength-spotting, psycho-dynamic theory and accompanied by dialectical behavioural concepts and positive psychology techniques/practices. Whether we meet in Johannesburg or online, sessions are at your pace, with room for quieter thinking or more focused solutioning. I aim to ask thoughtful questions whilst co-creating a practical plan with you, so that you can explore small changes in behaviour and shifts in mindset.
