About Us
Spotted Rabbit therapists aren’t here to “fix” you. We live for empowering neurodivergents, LGBTQ+ folx and adults who’ve experienced emotional neglect (trauma) to be their true selves and live a life aligned with their own personal values. We specialize in helping teens & adults relax their nervous systems, better regulate their emotions and develop healthier relationships with others. We are also experienced in addressing related conditions such as anxiety, depression, and burnout. We use trauma informed and culturally sensitive practices and believe in values-based and somatic approaches.
Many of our therapists are LGBTQIA+ and offer support for clients who are exploring their identity, are ready to transition or who are in non-traditional relationships. We are pro-neurodivergence and focus on helping autistic and ADHD individuals be their most authentic selves by building a life that both meets your needs and celebrates your strengths.
Spotted Rabbit is not your average therapy office. We are a team of art therapists who are trained in both traditional psychotherapy as well as the use of creative arts. Art making can be used as an effective way to cope with intense emotions as well as a way to gain insight, and/or practice emotional healing. We are so excited to hear from you!
