I help individuals navigate the deep impact of trauma. This includes inner-child wounds, spouse betrayal, or profound loss like miscarriage and bereavement. My approach offers a grounded space to process complex emotions. We can gently explore pathways for healing. I also support those facing crisis, work injury, or searching for self-discovery. Together, we find stability and meaning, fostering resilience through difficult times.

Sottovoce Quietude Heartsease shapes how I hold sessions: slow, attuned and deliberately paced to allow what feels unsafe to be noticed without overwhelm. I offer in-person work from Harare and confidential online sessions in English, so practical life stresses and workplace or family patterns can be addressed wherever you are.
