Ms Soshana Anumanthoo, BPsych

Specialist Wellness Counselor

I am a Wellness Counsellor, with extensive experience in Local Government, Human Resources, Recruitment & Admin and Employee Wellness (EAP) Mental Health.

About Me

This experience has taught me that counselling is a multidimensional practice which involves understanding concepts from various perspectives and promoting a positive thought process to improve mental health. I believe that my personality is well suited to my career path in counselling psychology, as people are naturally drawn to confide in me.

Approach

During my experience in practical counselling, I have encountered numerous cases of trauma, bereavement, couple and relationship issues, personal and emotional challenges, and have provided overall support and assistance to human development.
