I provide personalised therapeutic support for children, adolescents, adults, and families, focusing on emotional well-being, behavioural concerns, developmental needs, and personal growth. My services include individual counselling, child and adolescent counselling, behavioural intervention, emotional regulation, stress and anxiety management, self-esteem and confidence building, parenting guidance, family support, and support for learning and developmental difficulties. When needed, I work closely with parents, educators, and other professionals to develop a holistic intervention plan.
