About Me

I offer a supportive space for individuals navigating challenging life events. My training in forensic psychology and victim support allows me to deeply understand complex situations. This includes helping those impacted by trauma or involved in child protection. I also guide expectant and new parents through the emotional landscape of family life. We can work together to process difficult experiences, building resilience with practical, tailored support. This approach helps clients find stability and move forward with confidence.

Approach

Training in complex casework shapes how sessions unfold: I focus on clear risk-aware planning combined with calm, stepwise conversation so you feel contained while we sort practical next steps. In my Vendas Novas and Évora rooms, in Portuguese or English, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace—short-term goals, reflective listening, and tasks between meetings when helpful. People navigating trauma, family change or new parenthood often find this structured, compassionate rhythm reassuring and actionable.
