Approach

You’ll find sessions that move at a respectful pace—practical and curious—where we name difficult feelings, map patterns, and try small, manageable experiments between meetings. I work bilingually (English, Hindi/Urdu, Punjabi) and offer both in-person Oshawa and secure online sessions so therapy fits your life and needs. Together we blend focused skills with reflective moments, using homework and grounding practices to make changes stick. This way often suits people facing identity shifts, relationship strain, anxiety or grief who want steady, usable progress.
