About Me

I offer a collaborative space where individuals, couples, and families can explore difficult feelings and find new ways forward. My approach helps you understand how relationships and life stages influence your experiences. I also have specialist experience supporting those navigating addiction, helping them and their loved ones find stability. We can work together to make sense of challenges and build stronger connections.

Approach

Rather than focusing only on labels, I attend to how we work together in the room and between sessions to trace patterns shaped by relationships, development and substance use. In Athens I offer in-person and online sessions in English or Greek, keeping sessions paced to your needs with a mix of reflective conversation, practical coping strategies and occasional focused tasks to try at home. We move at a steady, collaborative rhythm that prioritises safety and real-life change. This way of working suits adults, adolescents and parents seeking clearer understanding and steadier connections.
