Grounded in training at ICPS College, I guide sessions with steady curiosity and practical focus that helps shape your goals into manageable steps. I work with clients in Thessaloniki and remotely in English or Greek, keeping sessions paced to your energy and availability. We use mindfulness exercises, problem-solving, brief meditative practices and mediated dialogue where helpful, alongside short reflections between meetings to track progress. This way suits adults and older clients facing transitions, anxiety or relationship strain who want clear, collaborative support.
