Mental Health Clinic
“Private and confidential service for those with mental health issues incl. depression, anxiety, trauma or couple therapy.”
About Us
We are a psychiatric and psychological practice in Maylands, Western Australia. We treat trauma, grief, relationship and conflict issues and provide counselling. Our clinicians include a psychiatrist and a registered psychologist.
Approach
At our Maylands clinic care unfolds through steady, paced sessions that blend attentive listening with clear, practical strategies so clients can make manageable changes. Sessions run in person in Maylands or by secure telehealth in English, with space for children, adolescents, adults and couples to work at their own pace. We map small goals, try techniques together during the appointment and agree on simple between-session steps, tracking progress and adjusting as needed. This approach tends to suit people seeking confidential, structured support through change.
