About Me

My name is Siphokazi, and I am a Counselling Psychologist. I assist individuals in developing a deeper connection with themselves and those around them. I offer both short and long term-therapy. In therapy, I prioritise establishing a secure environment, fostering genuine connections, and utilising a collaborative approach to achieve therapy goals with clients. I have vast experience in working with children, adults, families and couples.

Approach

My practice incorporates a range of techniques specifically tailored to meet each client's needs, with the goal of improving their overall well-being and promoting optimal functioning. Beginning therapy and embarking on a healing journey to address unresolved difficult experiences can be frightening and uncomfortable at first. Let me join you on this path, where we can safely explore and unpack these issues together.
