About Me

I particularly seek to create a warm, safe space where you feel deeply cared for. I see you as a whole person, navigating life's challenges within your broader world. Together, we explore how biological, interpersonal, societal, and spiritual factors influence your mental health. This holistic understanding helps you make sense of your experiences, fostering a truly supportive environment as you find your way forward.

Approach

You’ll find sessions move at a careful, human pace where your stories, bodies and relationships are attended to alongside social and spiritual pressures. In Cape Town I offer face-to-face and online meetings in English, isiXhosa or isiZulu, and sessions blend focused assessment, practical coping steps and reflective exploration. Between meetings we may try small experiments, note patterns or prepare for legal or family conversations when needed, keeping work concrete and respectful. This way of working tends to suit people seeking clarity, steadiness and practical change.
