As your counsellor, I will guide you through these challenges, offering both individual and couples support. We can also clarify your path with life coaching, and career assessments are available. My aim is to help you find clarity and a way forward, making each session feel genuinely supportive.

When you come to a session, our work moves at a steady, conversational pace that honours your story while we map small, practical steps forward. I offer sessions in Alberton or online, in English or Afrikaans, and keep things focused with short exercises, reflective questions and gentle mindfulness to help manage stress, mood shifts, grief or relationship strains between meetings. You’ll leave with clear options to try and we’ll review what helps. This approach suits people who want grounded, collaborative support.
