About Me

I am a psychologist in Panipat, Haryana, India. I provide confidential counseling for relationship problems, abuse recovery, and self-care. I work with you to build clear communication skills and safer boundaries.

Approach

My approach is mostly backed with humor for clients who are comfortable with it and I can easily adapt with clients who have a serious and calm demeanor as well. My therapeutic approach is mostly backed by person centered therapy and humanistic psychology along with techniques from 3rd wave CBT (such as ACT and DBT). I mostly tailor make my approaches based on my client's needs and I am pretty good in striking a balance between planning and spontaneous flexibility.
