Mrs Simone Shah

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors

A qualified Dance/movement therapist with 3.5 year of experience in counselling Interpersonal issues, trauma, conflicts and self development cases.

About Me

As a qualified Dance/movement therapist, I guide individuals navigating complex interpersonal issues, trauma, and conflict. We explore feelings and experiences non-verbally. This embodied approach offers a unique path to self-development, helping process emotions beyond words. Clients seeking a creative, holistic way to understand themselves will find a supportive space. Here, we can foster clarity and resilience.

Approach

I use movement and somatic attention to help you name sensations, trace patterns in your body, and translate stuck feelings into manageable steps. Sessions in Mumbai or via secure online video, offered in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu, unfold at your pace with clear verbal check-ins alongside embodied work. We alternate guided movement, breath awareness and reflective talk to surface relational wounds, regulate anxiety or anger, and rehearse new responses between meetings. This way tends to help adolescents, adults and couples seeking practical, body-based tools for transitions and healing.
