Simon offers a supportive space for anyone aged 11 to 65+, whatever challenges you are facing. I am here to help you gently explore your thoughts and feelings. We can work together to understand difficult situations and find a way forward. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can speak openly without judgement. This broad approach means I can support many different people through life's varied experiences.

Approach

In sessions I keep the pace gentle and practical, helping you name what matters and spot repeating thoughts or reactions. I offer in-person appointments across London and confidential online sessions in English, so we can work in the way that suits you best. We then focus on small, manageable steps—exploring triggers, building coping choices and trying out different responses between meetings to see what helps. Many people coping with anxiety, low mood or addictive patterns find this steady, collaborative way of working useful.
