Simbarashe Mutsokoti
Family Therapist
“I work with individuals, couples, families, and teenagers navigating grief, trauma, and relational pain. Much of my work focuses on understanding emotional responses within the context of relationships, life experiences, and the environments people are part of not just what is happening inside one person. I offer a calm, supportive space where emotions can be explored safely and at a manageable pace. With individuals, I help make sense of loss and trauma and build emotional strength. With children, teens, couples, and families, I support clearer communication, emotional safety, and repair after hurt or betrayal. Healing is approached as a shared process, shaped by connection, understanding, and meaningful change over time.”
