My seven years' experience, combined with post-graduate training, offers a nuanced approach to understanding complex feelings. Our 50-minute sessions are available online or in person. In my Ribeirão Preto office or during online meetings in Portuguese or Spanish, sessions keep a calm, measured pace that respects thought and silence. We attend to dreams, relational puzzles, anxious loops and eating or mood concerns by tracing associations, testing meanings and bringing overlooked impulses into words; between meetings I may suggest brief reflections to sustain the process.
