Hi, Im Shyko and the words I'd use to describe myself as a Psychotherapist are; Intuitive, Sensitive, Real and Grounded

About Me

I have over 25 years experience in the Entertainment Industry which has given me an acute understanding of highly competitive, demanding, performance based and constantly changing environments. There is nothing too big, no such thing as too small, nothing too painful or messy to be explored in sessions together. Its ok to be raging and its ok to feel completely numb. One of my favourite songs is "You Gotta Be" by Des'ree. Feel free to get in touch and we can take it from there.

Approach

In therapy sessions we will create a safe a supportive space where we can explore your challenges and opportunites together. Im an integrative Psychotherapist which simply means there are different tools in the tool box.Together we will create how best, and what tools works for you. One size doesnt fit all.We can explore your world psychodynamically (which means looking at child hood and the past). We can explore your world creatively using various creative imagination techniques including dreamwork. We can also work existentially. Compassion is at the centre of our sessions together. I also know you desire something different so I will provide the challenge also.
