About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist, here to help individuals, couples, and families navigate complex challenges. I work with children facing ADHD and autism, offering creative avenues like art therapy to express feelings. We can also explore issues like psychosis and substance abuse in individual or group settings. Through psychoeducation and practical tools, I help you understand your experiences and find clear ways forward.

Approach

Creative expression and clear, paced dialogue shape how I work, helping emotions become something we can name, adjust and plan around. I offer sessions in Bangalore and online, switching between English, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu to make ideas concrete and usable at home and school. Sessions mix hands-on activities, short skill practice, and collaborative planning — useful for attention differences, developmental concerns, trauma or patterns linked to substance use — with brief check-ins between meetings to track progress. This way suits families, young people and adults seeking practical, steady change.
