About Me

I support adults, couples, and families navigating challenges like workplace stress, relationships, or personal growth. My extensive experience, including over 2000 Counseling hours, ensures a grounded and understanding space. My trauma-informed, rights-based lens creates a safe space where your unique experiences are respected. We can explore your concerns together, developing practical tools and new perspectives for your self-development journey.

Approach

Our work moves from understanding your story to trying small, practical shifts that fit your daily life. Sessions are offered in English, Hindi/Urdu and Marathi, both online and from Pune, paced to your rhythm and availability. You can expect collaborative experiments in session, brief skill practice between meetings, and gentle mapping of patterns that show up at work, home and in relationships to build clearer choices. This approach tends to suit people navigating career pressure, relationship tension or life transitions.
