About Me

Shree is a queer, caste-affirmative, and trauma-informed practitioner. She guides individuals through unique challenges, focusing on building resilience and fostering personal growth. Drawing from narrative therapy and a socio-cultural lens, Shree offers a deeply understanding space. This approach helps clients explore their experiences and make sense of their story. It is ideal for those navigating complex identities or past trauma, supporting them to create meaningful, lasting change.

Approach

Balancing attention to both the struggles you bring and the strengths you carry shapes how I work with you in session. In my Bengaluru practice and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions move at a pace you set — we reflect, re-story difficult moments, and try practical experiments between meetings. When anxiety, grief, body image or relationship patterns surface, we name the social and identity forces at play and test small, doable shifts. Those navigating complex identities or past trauma often find this steady, collaborative rhythm helpful.
