Dr Shoaib Memon

Psychiatrist

My clinical specialties include working with adult individuals, family and couples experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD / ADD, Stress, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Self Esteem, Life Transition, Loss & Grief, Relationship Issues, Anger and Trauma & PTSD. I am dedicated to helping you build the life you want to live.

About Me

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or ADHD. I also support families and couples navigating relationship issues. When life feels overwhelming, I offer a steady space to understand what is holding you back. Together, we can explore ways to navigate stress, grief, or past trauma. My aim is to help you build the fulfilling life you truly want to live.

Approach

You’ll find sessions are practical and steady, focused on uncovering patterns that keep you stuck and testing small, sustainable changes between meetings. In my Chicago office or online—with support available in Hindi/Urdu, Portuguese, Punjabi or Spanish—we use a blend of thoughtful reflection and concrete planning so attention, mood and relationships are addressed together. Sessions move at a measured pace: clarifying what matters, trying new approaches, then reviewing what worked. People juggling anxiety, ADHD, grief or relationship strain often find this balanced, action‑oriented way helpful.
