Healing is rarely a straight line, but it is a journey you don’t have to walk alone. I provide a compassionate, secure space where we can explore your inner world with curiosity rather than judgment.

About Me

By integrating relational psychoanalysis with strengths-based resilience, I help you access the transformative gifts already within you. My role is to walk alongside you as we connect the dots between your history and your hope for the future. Whether you are navigating profound life challenges or seeking to rediscover your most authentic self, we will work at a pace that honors your unique rhythm and inherent resilience.

Approach

I believe that the challenges we face in the present are often tied to the stories we carry from our past. My approach is not about “fixing” symptoms, but about understanding the person behind them. By creating a collaborative and secure relationship, we can explore your internal landscape together, moving from a place of confusion to a place of clarity and agency. Relational Psychoanalysis: Our relationships are the mirrors through which we see ourselves. In relational work, we focus on the “here and now” of the therapeutic relationship to uncover how you relate to others and how you relate to yourself. By experiencing a new kind of connection in the therapy room, you can begin to shift long-standing patterns and find healthier ways of engaging with the world. Psychodynamic & Depth Psychology: This is the work of “connecting the dots.” We look beneath the surface of daily life to understand the underlying dynamics and early experiences that shape your current actions and choices. By bringing these unseen threads into the light, we gain the freedom to make conscious, intentional changes rather than being driven by old, repetitive cycles. Integrative & Strengths-Based: While I lean on deep clinical traditions, I recognize that every individual is unique. My practice is integrative, meaning I draw upon various psychodynamic insights and frameworks tailored to your specific needs. We focus on your inherent resilience, balancing the deep exploration of your history with the practical internal strength needed to flourish in your daily life.
