Many of the people I work with are dealing with: Constant overthinking and racing thoughts Anxiety and emotional overwhelm Burnout and mental fatigue Relationship stress and communication struggles Self-doubt and low confidence In our sessions, the goal isn’t just to talk—but to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and start making meaningful changes.

My approach is practical, structured, and focused on real-life change. We work together to: Understand why certain thoughts and patterns keep repeating Break cycles of overthinking and emotional overwhelm Build simple, effective tools to manage anxiety and stress Improve clarity, decision-making, and emotional control I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed skills, and mindfulness—but I keep things simple and tailored to you. Between sessions, I may suggest small, manageable exercises so progress continues beyond just our conversations.
