Struggling with overthinking, anxiety, or feeling mentally exhausted? You might look fine on the outside, but inside, your mind just doesn’t slow down. Overthinking everything. Doubting yourself. Feeling emotionally drained even after doing “nothing.” If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with individuals who feel stuck in these patterns and want to feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and daily life.

About Me

I am an avid reader and writer with a passion for psychology and research. I have a strong understanding of interpersonal and psychosocial systems in psychology and am dedicated to supporting individuals through attentive listening and thoughtful methods that guide them toward mental and emotional growth. I also have a deep interest in writing within both the fields of psychology and literature. I offer a space where you can talk openly without feeling judged or rushed. In our sessions, the goal isn’t just to talk, but to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and start making meaningful changes.

Approach

My approach is practical, structured, and focused on creating meaningful change in everyday life. Together, we work to: - Understand why certain thoughts and patterns keep repeating - Break cycles of overthinking and emotional overwhelm - Build simple, effective tools to manage anxiety and stress - Improve clarity, decision-making, and emotional regulation I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, and mindfulness, while keeping the process clear, approachable, and tailored to your needs. Between sessions, I may suggest small, manageable exercises to help you continue making progress beyond our conversations.
