Ms Shilpa Waghmare
Counseling Psychologist
“Passionate about helping others heal from interpersonal trauma. Incorporate body and art in therapeutic practice.”
About Me
Lingering hurts from past relationships can feel overwhelming. I am passionate about guiding individuals through healing from interpersonal trauma. We work together to process these experiences, creating a safe space for recovery. I incorporate body and art in our sessions. These gentle, creative techniques help explore feelings words might miss. This holistic approach helps you reconnect with yourself, finding new pathways to peace and resilience.
Approach
Healing often begins by noticing where emotions sit in the body and finding nonverbal ways to tell the story when words falter. I offer sessions in English from Bangalore and online, with a steady pace that balances reflective listening and small, embodied experiments you can try between meetings. In-session we may explore movement, imagery or simple art to trace how old relationship patterns show up now, then gently test new responses. This approach tends to suit adults working through relationship wounds and mood shifts.
