About Me
As an experienced Play Therapist, Counsellor, and Child Psychologist, I offer compassionate support to children, adolescents, and their parents. With over seven years' experience, I also work extensively with adults facing various challenges. I help young people voice feelings through play. For adults, I provide a competent space to explore concerns. My aim is to create a safe environment where families and individuals can find clarity and move forward.
Approach
Sessions often begin by listening for what a child or parent is trying to show rather than tell, then letting play or focused dialogue set the pace and priorities. In my Pune practice and online I meet in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, combining gentle activities with structured observation. With adolescents and adults the work moves between practical strategies and reflective exploration; with children play reveals emotions that guide diagnostic assessment and family collaboration between sessions. This way of working suits families and individuals who want clear, compassionate steps forward.
