Our therapy sessions, whether for bettering your own life, your relationship or your family interactions, all are based in defining the context which is felt by my client. Do you feel yourself speaking naturally when interacting with meaningful others in your life? is the meaning you intend to get across often been misunderstood or mischaracterized by others? Are you inhibiting the words you express? Do you usually engage openly or fear doing so may lead to a hurtful outcome you predict? Our therapy work will be twofold. 1.Open the emotional paradigms which may be outdated in your life, and for which you haven't yet recognized methods to slowly dissolve them. 2. Develop new repertoire to increase the likelihood your expressiveness will be clearer and stronger in purpose, and connect you with others in happier, more deeply enriching ways. I schedule sessions 2-3 weeks apart for an hour and 30 minutes, so we have time to develop your relevant themes and topics, and you have time for further inner reflecting and utilizing points from our sessions. This much longer than the usual 45 minute therapy session allows us to work precisely and deeply in an unhurried way.
