I am a registered health psychologist based in Parklands, Central, Kenya. I support adults and families through life transitions, anger, conduct problems, grief, and cancer-related distress. I apply ACT, CBT, and relationship counselling to teach practical coping skills for daily life.

The aim is to build a rapport with the client and provide a non-judgmental approach that includes active listening and understanding the clients needs and expectations of seeking therapy hence providing them with coping mechanisms that are helpful to them.
