Mrs Sharon Ratcliff

Professional Counselor

I aim to create a space where you feel listened to, understood, and able to talk freely about whatever is on your mind. I also support people who are adjusting to life after cancer treatment. This stage of recovery can bring unexpected emotional challenges, and counselling can offer space to process your experience and reflect on what life looks like moving forward.

About Me

I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, and overwhelm. If you're not quite sure what the problem is, that's completely okay, counselling can be a place to explore this together.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while recognising that every person’s experience of stress, anxiety, or overwhelm is unique.
