About Me

I help individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of grief or trauma. My client-centred approach ensures we move at your unique pace. I use techniques from Cognitive Therapy, ACT and BWRT therapies and apply an integrative approach. I provide practical tools to understand and shift unhelpful patterns. This fosters a space where you can find clarity, insight and build lasting coping skills.

Approach

When depression, anxiety, grief or stress feel overwhelming, I help you slow the pace to notice what keeps the loop running and open small, manageable shifts that fit your life. I offer sessions in English from the Cape, South Africa, and online. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort: Cognitive reframing and acceptance-based practices with gentle tracking between sessions. This approach suits adults seeking clear, steady progress at their own tempo.
