I'm Sharan, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a spirituality specialization and a niche for trauma processing utilizing somatic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I'm a psychosomatic therapist passionate about enhancing distress tolerance and emotional regulation. Through an integrated approach combining polyvagal theory, EMDR, internal family systems, CBT, DBT, narrative, and humanistic therapies, I guide clients toward holistic healing beyond traditional talk therapy!
