About Me

Feeling overwhelmed can make daily life a struggle, especially after difficult experiences. As a trauma counsellor and therapist, I offer practical strategies to help you navigate these feelings and find clarity. We’ll work together to build resilience, equipping you with tools to manage emotional distress. I aim to support you in improving your quality of life, guiding you towards a more stable and hopeful future.

Approach

If life's uncertainty has left you stuck, I focus on practical steps paced to your needs so you can notice what matters and try manageable changes. I offer sessions in Adelaide and online, and can work in English, Hindi/Urdu or Tamil so you can name experiences in the language that feels right. Sessions blend somatic noticing, mindfulness practice and values-based ACT exercises, with short between-session tasks to anchor new responses. This way of working often helps adults and couples ready for clear, doable progress.
