Ms Shaifila Ladhani

Counselor

I am Shaifila. A psychotherapist based out of Delhi. I believe mental health is more of a psychosocial intervention and not just individual.

About Me

I'm Shaifila, a psychotherapist in Delhi. I believe mental health is deeply connected to your wider world, not just what's inside. I help you explore how relationships, community, and societal influences shape your well-being. Together, we can understand your unique context, offering a holistic path to clarity. This approach is ideal if you seek to navigate complex life situations and find practical ways forward.

Approach

I invite you to trace how relationships, community pressures and everyday routines shape feelings and choices—this is where understanding turns into practical change. Sessions are held from Delhi and online, in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu, and are paced for individuals, families or groups. We use short reflective exercises, creative prompts and contextual mapping to link past hurts, body experience or anxiety to present habits, and between meetings you may try small experiments or writing to test new ways. This style suits those navigating relationship strain, burnout or trauma.
