Registered Counselor

With a particular interest in Integrative Psychology and I am an experienced and seasoned Psych Counsellor.

About Me

I am a Registered Counsellor in Lansdowne, Western Cape, South Africa. I treat addiction, mood disorders, trauma, behaviour or conduct issues, and life transitions. I use psych and diagnostic assessments, group therapy, personal development, and mindfulness to clarify problems and build practical coping skills.

Approach

My approach is mainly humanistic and client-centered. I view the relationship between practitioner and client as the most important element in the process of counselling, and so the process is collaborative and often leads to healing in itself. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
