Serena

Miss Serena Ha

Art Therapist

I am an art therapist offering a safe space for individuals (children and adults) who are seeking support for their mental health and/or self-development journey. I have experience supporting with people living with neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism), anxiety, depression/low mood, and trauma. It is not mandatory to use art or have art skills. It is all about the process to let go and explore your feelings through creative expression.

About Me

I am an art therapist who values working with everyone in a client-centred approach, where I work with you in your pace. I do ask challenging questions (objectively) to support you towards your therapeutic goals. I create a safe space with you to be presence with your feelings. I may prompt therapeutic exercises like mindfulness and art-making to further support your needs. I have worked with many children and adults in different settings: primary/secondary schools, mental health centres, Autism (other neurodiversity) resources, refugees and private hospitals.

Approach

I work in client-centred approach. Together we will find a pace that fits you, whether expressing your emotions in words and/or in art making. Also, I may incorporate other therapeutic modalities like mindfulness, compassionate, CPD and EDMR to support your needs.
