He is comfortable and competent in assisting children, teenagers and adults who are experiencing various forms of mental health problems.”

I offer a supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore life's challenges. Whether you are a child, teenager, or adult, I am here to help you navigate various mental health concerns. Through collaborative psychotherapy, we can work together to find clarity and develop practical ways forward. My aim is to create a comfortable, competent environment where all ages feel understood and supported.

Sessions begin with simple, practical questions that help us map what matters most and set a clear focus for our time together. In my Pretoria office we move at a steady pace: short, focused discussion, moments of reflective exercises, and brief measures where helpful to see shifts over time. Between sessions I encourage small, doable actions and we review what changed so the work stays connected to daily life. This way of working suits people, couples and families aiming for clear, steady progress.
