Mrs Sahar Haroon

Psychotherapist

I am an integrative psychotherapist working with individuals facing mental health issues, in a safe and explorative space.

About Me

I guide individuals to understand their mental health challenges within a safe, explorative space. My integrative approach helps you gently explore feelings, gaining clarity and finding new ways forward. My aim is for you to feel truly heard and supported. This collaborative environment is ideal for those navigating complex emotions and seeking personal growth.

Approach

Sessions unfold as a collaborative exploration, paced to your comfort and goals and shaped around what matters most to you. I offer in-person work in Lahore and secure online sessions, with communication in English or Hindi/Urdu, so practical adjustments fit your life. In-session we name patterns behind anxiety, anger or shame, try brief experiments, practice new responses and pause for reflection; between sessions I may suggest small, manageable exercises to build momentum. This way of working often helps people seeking clearer choices and steadier emotional balance.
